The quick closing equipment is a protecting device for regulating stations of gas with double-stage reduction. The device protects at first stage decrease or increase of overpressure in outlet from a low-pressure regulator and at second stage an overpressure increase in outlet from a high pressure regulator or a pressure increase of another handled non-aggressive liquid as for example a heating liquid in a boiler house circuit. The quick closing equipment is suitable for natural gas and all noncorrosive gaseous media.
